Two months ago, I started a gratitude journal and I find it very satisfying. Every day, I sit at my table and I write down my positive thoughts. Before, I tended to be more negative and I was often in a bad mood. But thanks to my journal, I take the time to appreciate every little pleasure of life. Now, I feel happier and I see the glass half full!
