It would seem that, nowadays, no one can do without their mobile phone, [and this], even at night! According to a study conducted in December 2015, nine out of ten French people apparently use their cellphones, tablets or computers just before going to bed, and close to 36% apparently consult them in bed! Worse, even though it's been proven that sleep must be a moment of deconnection necessary to our brain one respondent in five admits to keeping their phone on at night. Audible alerts regularly wake half of them, and 79% (of them) even answer them! And that's not taking into account the detrimental effects of blue light which disrupts our biological clock by keeping us awake and alert.

Clever stuff underway!
