I've just had the worst holiday [US:vacation] of my life! Yet, the brochure was promising: room with a view, pool, breakfast included ... We were not expecting such a disappointment! The nightmare started at the reception desk where we learned that the room we had booked was no longer available. They'd exchanged it for a much smaller room with an incredible view of ... the opposite wall! The pool was tiny, which the picture in the brochure hid well, and the icy wind prevented us from taking advantage of it anyway. Breakfast consisted of a dry croissant and instant coffee ... We came home three days earlier than planned, while promising ourselves to be more careful next time.

I'll be right with you...
