Yesterday, like every year, I went to see the fireworks. The festivities started around 8pm, with the New Year's Eve meal. My sister and I met our friends there and we had a lot of fun! Then around half past eleven, everyone headed for the football [US: soccer] field to be able to admire the fireworks. I've always loved all the colours, and the gold in the middle of the night sky... I've always found that magical!
