I absolutely must tell you what I'm planning for the New Year's Eve meal! My menu is going to dazzle you! As a starter, I'll make small foie gras canapés, on toasted fig bread. And for those who may not like foie gras, or who may not eat it for ethical reasons - which I absolutely respect - there will be smoked salmon and tapenade on toast. The main dish will be the traditional turkey with (its) chestnut stuffing with which I'll serve a variety of vegetables: my guests will be able to choose between green beans, fondant potatoes, mushrooms or all three together! And as for dessert, wait to see the surprise that I have prepared for you!
