Once upon a time, an old lumberjack lived alone in a little log cabin at the North Pole, kilometers away from any trace of civilisation. He spent his days in the woods, with his loyal reindeer Rudolf, who helped him transport the logs that he had cut during the day. Our poor lumberjack felt very lonely! But one day, while he was filling up his sledge [US: sleigh] with branches, he saw in the snow some small footprints which seemed to have been left there by a tiny pair of boots! Intrigued, he decided to follow them to see where they would lead him. He grabbed his reindeer's reins, and they disappeared gradually into the forest... To be continued...

Clever stuff happening!
